Car Parking:
- Over 4,100 car parking spaces in the town centre, including 300 on-street pay and display bays are privately managed car parks like the Mall Alhambra and Morrison's (max. stay 2 - hours at Morrison's) car parks.
- Free parking on Saturdays in all council off-street car parks - that includes the Courthouse car park, the multi-storey car park above the markets, Mark Street, Pitt Street and Churchfield. Also, in short stay car parks at Graham's Orchard, Lancaster Gate, St Mary's Place, Sackville Street, John Street and Wellington House where short stay restrictions are still enforced.
- On street parking bays are still pay and display on Saturdays.
- Free parking on Sundays in all Town Centre pay and display parking areas, currently without time restriction - this includes all Council car parks, the Mall car park and on-street pay and display bays, however charges and time restrictions still apply at Morrison's
- Please be aware that all other parking restrictions still apply on and off - street (i.e. Loading Bays, Disabled Bays, Waiting Restrictions and Loading/Unloading Restrictions).
