Featuring an amazing programme of arts and community events, the festival is now in its seventh year, and is an opportunity for us all to experience and enjoy the rich diversity of cultures thriving in our town.
The festival will launch on Sunday, September 13 with Barnsley's Got Pride Barnsley's first Gay Pride. This day-long family-friendly celebration focuses on a central stage showcasing a multitude of artists, with the emphasis on local singers and bands. And will include arts, crafts, memorabilia and information stalls. Fairground rides, street performers, circus artistes and face painters will also add to the fun!
